Another update

Miss Alaina is doing MUCH better. She has been napping for about 1 hour and hasn't needed extra oxygen yet. The doctors want her oxygen saturation above 88% while she is sleeping without added oxygen. Right now she has been 88-90%. Yeah! I am relieved and excited about the prospect of going home tomorrow. Also, even more relieved that my baby is on the mend. Praise the good, good Lord...as always.

Tonight, my wonderful friend, Jennifer Brommer from work is coming to relieve me so I can go home and love on my sick boys for a bit and take a HOT shower. The hospital showers spit out lukewarm water! I am very grateful to her...before she comes here, she is dropping a meal off to Mark and the boys. Crazy good to us.

Other friends are helping out too with love, prayers, and meals. Our church is incredible... the support is priceless. My MOPS girlies are surrounding me with love too.

Remember that cup of tea I talked about a few days ago? The one that came straight from heaven and God's hand? Well, my lovely friend Pam just had some sent to me. My heart just melted...both for gratitude and sorrow that she is leaving for Mongolia in a matter of weeks. I truly love you, Pam, and your friendship and mentorship has been a gift of the sweetest kind.
